Boriša was born in Former Yugoslavia and moved to Canada in 1998. His interests in music are diverse and wide. He believes that all music can be good or less good regardless of genre or style. Boriša's approaches to composition are born through intuition and subconscious reflections of thorough listening experiences. New, World, Folk, Dance, Popular, Electronic, Spiritual music are wonderful reservoirs from where, with a touch of his personal voice, he pulls ideas and knowledge. He has also composed music for dance, theatre and film. He approaches the arts as members of the same family. Through this position, he feels the urge to cross and explore different art disciplines in order to find connections between them and learn more about the possibilities of interdisciplinary relations.
