Robyn graduated from the Professional Program of the School of Contemporary Dancers in affiliation with the University of Winnipeg with her B.A Honours degree in 2002. She danced with Le Groupe Dance Lab in Ottawa from 2002 - 2004 where she worked with many choreographers including: Micheal Trent (Toronto), Yvonne Coutes (Ottawa), Tony Chong (Montreal), Davida Monk (Calgary), and Shauna Elton (Vancouver). Also while at Le Groupe Dance Lab, Robyn toured to Mexico where she performed across the country, and to Montreal where she participated in two residencies at Tangente. She performed choreography by Rob Abubo (Ottawa) and KG Guttman (Montreal) in the Canada Dance Festival in June 2004. Since graduation, Robyn has also worked with Winnipeg choreographers Gaile Pettursson-Hiley on "Cherry Blossom Pink," Stephanie Ballard on "Landscape Dancing," and with Young Lungs Dance Exchange on "The Private i Dance Collaboration." Robyn has received awards from Manitoba Arts Council, Canada Council for the Arts, and most recently, a University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship to pursue her Masters in Occupational Therapy.
